Graphics Policy

IMPORTANT:

The quality of the image you submit will directly affect the quality of the print on your product. A low-resolution or grainy image may result in a similarly poor-quality print. To ensure a crisp, clean print, we require that the image submitted has a minimum resolution of 300 DPI (dots per inch) and a file size of at least 1 MB.

We recommend submitting PNG files, as they generally offer superior quality compared to GIF files. All files should be sent as email attachments to DelightfulDoughLLC@outlook.com with your order number.

Please note that screenshots will significantly degrade the resolution of the image and are strongly discouraged, as they may result in unsatisfactory print quality.
