2. Freshness and Storage: Our cookies remain fresh when sealed and will stay fresh for up to two weeks. Do not refrigerate the cookies, as this may alter their texture, icing, and possibly cause bleeding of any images
3. Temperature Sensitivity: Cookies are sensitive to extreme temperatures and may be affected during shipping. All orders will be shipped via Priority Mail to ensure timely delivery.
4. No Refunds or Changes: Due to the custom nature of our cookies, and high demand, no refunds, changes to quantity, or design styles will be accepted once payment is made except by a written instrument signed by all parties hereto.
5. Use of Photos: Unless otherwise requested, by purchasing, the buyer agrees to permit Delightful Dough LLC to use photos of the finished product for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media and marketing materials.
6. This Agreement may not be amended, modified, or supplemented except by a written instrument signed by all parties hereto. No oral statements or prior written material not specifically incorporated herein shall be of any force and effect. Each of the parties acknowledges that no representations, inducements, promises, or agreements, orally or otherwise, have been made by any party, or anyone acting on behalf of any party, which are not embodied herein, and that no agreement, statement, or promise not contained in this Agreement shall be valid or binding
